31th Snail Cuisine Fortnight
El Trabuc is once again celebrating the Snail Kitchen Fortnight, which you can attend from April 27 to May 11. A fortnight that is now in its 30th, with great success and where the screw is the basis of all dishes. You will be able to taste various ways to prepare this much appreciated product of our Mediterranean cuisine, either in its traditional forms or in more contemporary forms.
