11th Artichoke Cuisine Fortnight
El Trabuc is once again celebrating the Artichoke Cuisine Fortnight, which you can attend from 18 February to 3 of march. A fortnight that is now in its ninth edition, with great success and where artichoke is the basis of all dishes. You will be able to taste various ways of preparing this much-appreciated vegetable from our Mediterranean cuisine, either in its traditional forms or in more contemporary forms.
